Sophia Lee
SEO & Growth Strategist
I help FreeResumeHub grow the boring way: clean structure, useful content, and steady compounding. My job is to make sure the right people find the right page, get what they came for, and actually finish their application. I care most about intent and clarity. If a page ranks but doesn’t help anyone, it’s not a win. The goal is qualified traffic that turns into real applications, not vanity numbers.

About
With 6+ years in SEO and growth, I focus on building sustainable systems that keep working even when trends change. At FreeResumeHub, I lead SEO and performance tracking, and I work closely with content and engineering to keep everything connected: site structure, internal linking, page speed, and the way each template page answers a real job-seeker question.
I’m not interested in “SEO tricks”. Most of the time, growth comes from getting the basics right and repeating them consistently: clean architecture, strong topic coverage, pages that load fast, and content that feels like it was written by someone who understands hiring.
What I Do at FreeResumeHub
Growth Work
- Plan topic coverage so templates and guides map to real job search intent.
- Build internal linking patterns that help users move from templates to guidance without getting lost.
- Monitor traffic quality, not just volume, and tighten pages that attract the wrong audience.
- Find “missing pages” where people search the same problem repeatedly and we don’t have a clean answer yet.
Analytics & Systems
- Maintain dashboards for search performance, indexing, and page-level outcomes.
- Track what content actually helps users finish: downloads, template usage, and next-step clicks.
- Work with engineering on speed improvements and crawlability.
- Run lightweight experiments to improve CTR, time-on-page, and template discovery.
Experience
I’ve worked across SEO, content operations, and growth strategy, mostly in environments where you have to earn traffic by being genuinely useful. I’m comfortable with the hands-on work and the system design: keyword research, audits, dashboards, internal linking, and the editorial rules that keep a site consistent at scale.

How I Think About SEO
What Usually Works
- Clear page purpose, written for a specific job-seeker problem.
- Simple internal linking that matches the user’s next step.
- Pages that load fast and feel stable on mobile.
- Content that sounds human and stays practical.
What Usually Backfires
- Ranking content that doesn’t help the reader do anything.
- Over-optimizing titles and headings until the page feels fake.
- Thin pages built only to target keywords.
- Over-linking everything until navigation becomes noise.
Tooling
I keep tools simple and repeatable. The goal is clarity: what is working, what is not, and what to fix next.

How This Helps Job Seekers
Growth only matters if it makes the product easier to use. My job is to make FreeResumeHub easier to discover and easier to navigate, so job seekers can find the right template quickly and spend their energy on the words, not the website.
- Cleaner discovery: better pages for specific roles, levels, and template needs.
- Less friction: simpler paths from templates to examples and writing help.
- Better trust: fewer dead ends, less noise, more clarity.
- Global readiness: content and structure that works for an international audience.
