FreeResumeHub, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to the website and its operators.

Service means our website, pages, templates, tools, downloads, and related features.

Content includes text, graphics, UI, templates, guides, and downloadable files made available on the Service.

User Content includes information you submit, upload, enter, or generate using the Service (for example, resume text).

However, redistribution, resale, or commercial repackaging of our designs without permission is prohibited.

We reserve the right to impose reasonable limits to protect site performance and prevent abuse.

Unless we explicitly grant permission in writing, you may not:

• Resell, license, or distribute our templates as your own product.
• Bundle our downloads into paid courses, memberships, marketplaces, or “template packs”.
• Remove branding or attribution in a way that implies you created our original designs.

“User Content” includes information you upload, enter, or generate (for example, resume text). You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display it solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, and to provide the features you request.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit User Content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your User Content, including any claims you make in resumes or documents created through the Service. Do not submit sensitive personal data you do not want to share broadly (for example, government ID numbers).

If you share information with employers, recruiters, or third parties, that sharing is your choice and outside our control.

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes:

• No unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or misleading content.
• No automated scraping, excessive requests, reverse engineering, or security circumvention.
• No spam, malware, phishing, or attempts to disrupt the Service.
• No attempts to access accounts or data that are not yours.

We may investigate and take action if we believe your activity threatens the Service or other users.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, abused the Service, or used it in a way that creates risk for FreeResumeHub or others.

Using our templates for your own job applications is permitted. Repackaging our designs as your product is not.

We may remove or restrict access to allegedly infringing material and may terminate repeat offenders where appropriate.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue and jurisdiction will be as permitted by those laws.
